The Application provides flashlight (torch), SOS signaling, and alarm features using your device's hardware. By using this Application, you agree to:

• Use the Application only for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Application or its services
• Not attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the Application

2. Device Permissions

To function properly, the Application may request the following permissions on your device:

• Camera Permission: Used solely to control the rear LED flashlight. The Application does not capture, record, or store any photos or videos.
• Device Information: Basic device data may be collected for analytics and performance improvements only.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Application uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service, to display ads. AdMob may collect and process the following data to serve personalized and non-personalized ads:

• Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID)
• IP address
• User interaction and engagement data

4. Analytics & Performance (Firebase)

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application — including its design, code, features, graphics, and content — are exclusively owned by Geniusify Application. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any part of the Application is strictly prohibited.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Application will:

• Operate without errors or interruptions
• Be compatible with all mobile devices or operating systems
• Meet your specific requirements or expectations

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Geniusify Application shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Application, including but not limited to:

• Physical device damage or hardware failure
• Excessive battery consumption or device overheating
• Alarm or SOS feature malfunction
• Loss of data or personal information
• Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

13. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will promptly delete it.
